A Long Term Partner Of The Spring Festival Gala On CCTV

    Each year the China Central Television station (CCTV) organizes an evening party that is broadcasted nation-wide in order to welcome the New Lunar Year (Chinese New Year) – known as the CCTV Spring Festival Gala.
    The 2015 Gala is a three-time world record holder: 1. Highest viewer rating ever in the world 2. The longest combined broadcasting time of any single program 3. The most performers of any single televised event.Glux is the only LED company in world capable of integrating creative ideas, design, technology, and production—all done in-house—from start to finish. As such, Glux was tasked to be the sole producer of all LED installations and visual effects for the 2015 CCTV Spring Festival Gala this year. The importance of the Spring Festival celebrations in China is the equivalent of the Christmas holidays in Western societies – it is the most important public holiday during the year and a time when migrant workers return home and families gather. It also heralds the Chinese New Year which commences in the spring season. For this year’s grand presentation, the chief director of this event put forward a design idea of integrating a three-dimensional TV stage that interacts with the performers in real time. To fulfill this vision, nearly 8000 square meters of GLUX products including the likes of MOtn,SEfl,EXsn,Beln made the 2015 Spring Festival
Gala’s interactive three-dimensional digital dance stage actually outshine the performances itself !
